During a particularly snowy winter, both Olive and Gene were trapped in Malkara, unable to ply their trade on the road. They both boarded a ship to Isard in hopes of better weather and better business.

The ship was battered for days by an unnaturally strong blizard. When the weather calmed, they found that they had been transported to a frozen ocean in another plane. 

They were close enough to a small island for a scouting party to venture to it. There they found a small fey named Rrreynolds who helped out a bit, and an immortal Fey Prince of Ice who agreed to send them and their ship back, in exchange for removing a troublesome intrusion to his frosty kingdom.

The intrusion was a magical plant creature from another plane that created warm verdant fields around it. It also had turned into a very large creature. that continued to grow as it chased the party back to their ship. 

The Prince sent the ship, the passengers, Rrreyynolds, and the plant monster (with Gene inside of it), back to the Lankaeran Sea. gene and the monster nearly drowned as they were transported into the water.

Gene saved the magical daisy, which was the core of the monster, and Åke saved Gene. 

The flower retained its foliage creating properties, and was passed on to Jean, of the T.I.P.
