The group reconvened at Reni's where they are met by Jon Hawkins, chaplain for the local Thieve's Guild. It is unclear how he got in but he is there nonetheless.

He offers intelligence on Tess in exchange for obtaining a map of the tunnels and for Escobar's not obtaining the same map. After a brief bidding war, Escobar offered additional information, while Hawkins offered supplies, a cartographer, as well as a promise to promote the importance of local representation in the upcoming election to the guild's large network of influencers.

As it turns out, Chorje let Jon Hawkins in, believing this was the right thing to do since Guilds are quite prominent in the city, where Chorje is from. He is also the one that informed the Guild the group was mapping the tunnels for Escobar.

Sacha, BD, and Aeson headed back to the pharmacy so Sacha could heal the Aasimar and BD could have a stern talk with him about his life choices.

Eventually, the group decided to map the tunnels by hand, leaving them more time to decide who to hand the map to at the end of the adventure. They will reconvene the next day at dusk with the supplies promised by Jon Hawkins and head back down.
