Dear Diary,

So I had a weird day...

You know that curse, well it's raising restless spirits and giving them the power to control monsters, so that's fun. Also, the curse has probably grown to encompass the Reach... more fun. Maybe everyone has already been transformed into a flaming purple ember monster and our idleness has doomed them all!

Well fuck.

Also one of my teammates is dead. She didn't die recently. She's always been dead and I just hadn't noticed. It's freaking me right out. I might be a bit biased against the undead. I never thought of that as a sort of prejudice I'd have to interrogate. It doesn't help that a Crow Doctor provided me with an enchanted sword. It is clearly a sword meant for making things dead. Why would he give it to me? I don't really do much killing. Does he know something I don't? Was it just a thank you present? Is there something specific I'm supposed to do with it? Am I supposed to use it on Aiya? Am I supposed to use it to help Aiya? Is it just a really nice sword? 

I wish Doctors would be a little more clear with their communication.
